WCA OEM adapts to COVID-19
No one is unaffected by COVID-19, the Corona virus. Our customers and supplier partners, are all attempting to address changing market conditions that are being impacted by this unprecedented global event.
Our utmost concern is our dedicated employees and their families. Everything else is secondary. In order to protect our employees as best we can under changing conditions, we have enabled a large number of our employees to work remotely, mostly from their homes. By having some of our employees work remotely, we limit potential exposure to those team members that need to report to our office to carry out the tasks that can’t be done remotely. Additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures have been put in place throughout our facilities, and we have also limited access to our facilities in order to further limit opportunities for exposure. We are doing our part to “flatten the curve” and lessen the impact on our healthcare infrastructure.
While the extent of the effects of COVID-19 are still unknown, we have and will continue to work with suppliers to ensure that WCA OEM has ordered sufficient inventories to meet demand. Some of our customers are on the very front lines of diagnosing and fighting COVID-19, and we want to do all we can to support them in their time of great need.
