Jeff Caron has been in multiple roles at WCA since 2001. He is a source of momentum leading the operations part of the WCA Retail division. He is a valuable asset in his ability to be resourceful and solve the problems at hand, while raising the bar to a higher level.
Favorite part of the job is creating a team and environment that can thrive off cooperation, becoming not only good coworkers, but good friends.
Jeff has a son and they love to hike the northern Appalachians. When he’s not spending time in nature he’s creating art or running his local art studio for teachers and students to get creative and expand their abilities.
